Most conversations run under ten minutes — so three hours is room to talk something through most days of the month, not a stopwatch you have to watch.
On monthly, your three hours reset at the start of each month. On annual, all 36 are yours to spend across the year however you like — a heavy week is fine.
If you reach the end mid-conversation, Myndo brings things to a calm close rather than hanging up on you. You can add an hour for $10 whenever you want, and added hours never expire.
Your remaining time and its refresh date live in Settings → Membership. No guessing, and no surprise wall.

If you subscribed on your phone, the App Store or Google Play does the billing, so cancelling happens there and we hand you straight to it. Either way you keep access until the period you have paid for runs out — no retention maze, no exit interview.
Your Journey, your Self library and your weekly reviews stay put. Lapsing pauses new conversations; it does not delete your history. Deleting that is a separate thing you ask for on purpose.

Both. On iPhone and Android you get the full app from the App Store or Google Play, and membership is handled there. On the web, membership is handled through a secure checkout in your browser.
Only time actually spent in conversation. Reading your Journey, your Self library or a weekly review costs nothing — those come with the membership, however much you use them.
