How Myndo advertises
We advertise Myndo on other websites and apps so new people can find it. Here is who helps us measure those ads, what Myndo sends them, and what we never send.
Last changed: October 8, 2026
What we never share
- What you say to Myndo. Your conversations, transcripts, voice, memories, insights, goals, practices and weekly reviews, and anything we learn from them about your moods, emotions, health or wellbeing. Not even if you say yes to ad measurement.
- How you use Myndo. When, how long or how often you talk to Myndo.
- Who you are. Your name, email address or phone number, hashed or not, and your Myndo account ID.
- Lists and lookalikes. We never upload user lists, build audiences from what you do in our apps, retarget visitors to our website, or target ads by health, mental health or hardship.
What's shared right now
No advertising partner receives anything from our website or servers right now.
Ad networks
Show our ads. With your yes, they receive what Section 5.5 of our Privacy Policy describes.
- Not sending anything right now.
App-store measurement
The app stores' own tools for measuring which of our ads lead to installs, trials and purchases.
- Apple
- Not used right now.

None right now.
Subscription provider

What we may share, only with your yes
We may ask people who come to Myndo from one of our ads whether that ad network can measure it. Myndo sends nothing about you unless you say yes.
- Only if you came from our ad. The question names the network. If you didn't come from one of our ads, we don't ask and nothing is shared.
- On our website. If you allow it, our servers may tell that network that someone who tapped its ad went to the app store. If you then join Myndo, the app asks you again before anything else is sent.
- In the Android app. If you say yes again, we tell the network that the person who tapped its ad signed up, and whether they started a trial or made a purchase, with the price. We delete our copy of the ad's click ID once we've measured the ad.
- What we may send. With your yes: went to the app store (from our website, after your yes), signed up, started a trial or made a purchase. Without a yes, Myndo sends nothing about you.
- App-store measurement. If we use it, it is listed above, and it follows your app store and device ad settings.
- Only after you accept. This applies only to accounts that have accepted our Terms and Privacy Policy dated October 8, 2026.
- Counting our own ads. We also count, inside Myndo, which of our ads and campaign links bring people here. That uses the campaign name on the link, never anything you say. Nothing goes to advertisers for it.
How to stop it
- Say no. Myndo sends nothing about you to ad networks unless you say yes. If you don't answer, nothing is sent.
- Change your mind. Turn ad measurement off in the Android app's privacy settings, or email privacy@myndo.ai. We stop anything not yet sent and delete our copy of the ad's click ID.
- App-store measurement. It follows your app store and device ad settings.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a no.
- What a network already has. That follows the network's own privacy policy. When a partner is live, we link its ad settings above. You can also opt out of interest-based ads at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu.
The full rules are in our Privacy Policy, Sections 5.5, 7.6 and 13.2.
Change log
- October 8, 2026. We published this page with the new Privacy Policy. No advertising partner receives anything from our website or servers.
The exact fields
Events our servers may send, only with your yes
- StoreClick: went to the app store (from our website, after your yes). Sent by our servers, not by a script on the page.
- SignUp: you created an account, on the web or on Android.
- Trial: you started a trial.
- Purchase: you made a purchase.
Fields in each event
- The event name.
- The ad's click ID.
- When the event happened.
- For Purchase only: the amount and currency.
- Your country and, in the US, your state, so the network applies its privacy limits (for Reddit, its Limited Data Use mode).
Sent with every event so the network can process it
- A random event ID that stops the event being counted twice. It is never based on your account ID.
- Our advertising account ID at that network.
On our website
- No partner's script runs on our website.
- If you answer the question, we record which network asked, your answer, the version of the question and the time. The record is not linked to any account.
- After a yes, the ad's click ID waits on our servers until the Android app asks you. The app gets a one-time code, never the click ID.
