Letting support see your conversations (and taking it back)

Your conversations are private by default. If you need help, you can grant temporary access — on your terms.

Your conversations are private by default — no human needs to see them for Myndo to work. But if you contact support about something that needs a closer look, you can choose to let them see your content, on your terms.

How it works

When you reach out, you can turn on Allow access to my content. You decide how long it lasts — 3, 7, or 30 days — and it ends automatically after that.

Taking it back

You can turn access off at any time, before it expires, from the same place. Once it's off — or the time runs out — support can no longer see your content.

Reaching a person

Go to Settings → Support → Help & support → Contact human help to start a conversation with a real person. For anything urgent, email support@myndo.ai.
