Myndo is a coach and companion for everyday moments — but it is not emergency help, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you're in crisis, or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out to someone who can help right now.

Reach a person now

Myndo has a Crisis support screen with helplines you can call directly:

  1. Open Settings — the gear on the Self tab.
  2. Tap Crisis support.
  3. Myndo shows the helpline for your country at the top, with more countries listed below. Tap to call.

The Crisis support screen, with your country's helpline at the top.

If you're outside the countries listed, or you're not sure where to turn, call your local emergency number or contact a licensed provider.

A moment to steady yourself

Myndo also has a short grounding exercise — a simple 5-4-3-2-1 way to come back to the present when things feel like too much. It's there whenever you need it.

Note: If this is an emergency, call your local emergency number. Myndo can't provide crisis care.
