What Myndo remembers

Correcting or removing what Myndo remembers

If Myndo got something wrong, or you'd rather it didn't keep something, here's how to change it.

iPhone
Android
Web

Myndo learns from what you tell it — and sometimes it gets something wrong, or holds onto something you'd rather it didn't. That's completely fine to change. Here's how.

Set the record straight in conversation

The most natural way to correct something is to say so in a conversation. "That's not quite right," or "I don't think that's a pattern for me anymore" — Myndo takes that in and updates its picture. Open the item in Self and start there: on Android and the web, tap Talk about this; on iPhone, tap the orb.

Remove a single conversation's details

If one particular conversation covered something sensitive, you can remove its content while keeping the rest of your history intact.

  1. Open the conversation — on iPhone and Android, from Self → Sessions; on the web, from History.
  2. Tap Delete Content.
  3. Confirm when asked "Delete session content?"
<!-- SCREENSHOT (you provide): the "Delete session content?" confirmation — a transient in-app alert, easiest to grab on-device | /images/help/correcting-what-myndo-remembers/delete-session-content.png -->

This permanently removes that conversation's transcript, summary, and notes. The date and length of the conversation stay, so your history still makes sense — and the rest of your conversations are untouched.

Start completely fresh

If you'd rather clear everything, you can export or delete all of your data at once — see Exporting or deleting your data.
