What to Talk About When You Open Myndo (A Voice Prompt Menu for Real Life)
Pick a moment, say one honest sentence, find your next step
The problem
Most people don’t avoid inner work because they don’t care. They avoid it because they don’t know where to start.
If you’ve ever opened Myndo and thought:
- “What do I even say?”
- “Nothing is wrong… but I feel off.”
- “I have 8 minutes—this better be worth it.”
This post is your prompt menu.
How to use this menu
Pick the section that matches your moment. Then read the prompts out loud, one at a time.
A good session is not “perfect sharing.” It’s:
- one honest sentence
- one clear next step
- one calmer nervous system
1) The 3-minute calm start (when you’re scattered)
- “Right now my mind feels loud because…”
- “The emotion under it is…”
- “What I need in the next 10 minutes is…”
- “One small next step I’m willing to take is…”
2) The post-meeting debrief (when you’re replaying)
- “What happened—just the facts?”
- “What story am I telling myself about it?”
- “What did I do well, even slightly?”
- “What’s the clean next action?”
3) Decision fog (when you can’t choose)
- “The decision I’m avoiding is…”
- “If I choose A, I’m afraid…”
- “If I choose B, I’m afraid…”
- “What would ‘good enough’ look like?”
- “What’s the smallest test I can run this week?”
4) The end-of-day shutdown (when work won’t leave you)
- “What am I still carrying from today?”
- “What is actually done—even if it wasn’t perfect?”
- “What can wait until tomorrow?”
- “What’s one closing action (2 minutes)?”
5) Boundaries rehearsal (when you need to say no)
- “What am I being asked for?”
- “What do I actually have capacity for?”
- “What would a clean boundary sound like in one sentence?”
- “What’s the kindest version of ‘no’?”
Example boundary scripts:
- “I can’t take that on right now. I can do X instead.”
- “I don’t have capacity this week. Can we revisit next week?”
- “I can help, but I’ll need a deadline change.”
6) Relationship repair (after tension)
- “What did I feel in that moment?”
- “What do I wish they understood?”
- “What part is mine to own?”
- “What do I want to ask for next?”
7) The ‘pattern spotter’ (when this keeps happening)
- “This keeps happening in situations like…”
- “The common trigger is…”
- “The common protective move I do is…”
- “If I try one small experiment next time, it will be…”
8) Weekly focus (to make the practice compound)
If you want Myndo to get more useful over time, build a tiny weekly focus.
- “This week, I want to practice…”
- “The moment I’ll most need it is…”
- “A tiny action that proves I practiced is…”
- “How will I remind myself?”
Examples:
- “Pause once before responding when I feel rushed.”
- “Give myself credit for one small win daily.”
- “Name what I need before I push harder.”
Whenever you’re ready, open Myndo, pick the prompt that fits the moment, and let a calm voice walk through it with you in real time.
